  • Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure longterm success.
  • Develop positive relationships and promptly handle the customers requirements.
  • Generate new sales by making use of potential sales networks.
  • Resolve customer queries and handle their requirements in a timely manner.
  • Set and track down sale targets that are aligned with the companys objectives.
  • Monitor the sales metrics regularly.
  • Suggest suitable actions that can help improve sales performance and identify opportunities to grow.

Skills

  • They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.2 to 4years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in B2B sales preferably in EdTech industry
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
