- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in Ceramics tiles & Sanitary ware and Wall paints industry.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Ability to lead a sales team.
Bachelor s degree in Science. Experience 3 - 5 years previous experience in cosmetics or hygiene or detergent. Industry-specific knowledge may be required. Ability to cooperate and communicate with others, especially those without a technical background. Computer literacy. Exceptional problem solving, verbal and written communication, presentation, and project management skills.
