AlWatania Information Systems is a leading provider of SAP consulting services specializing in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. We are currently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant to join our team. As a SAP SuccessFactors RCM Consultant at AlWatania you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their recruiting and talent acquisition requirements configure the system and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors RCM will contribute to the success of our clients recruitment and talent management strategies.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module for our clients.
  • Gather requirements from clients and design optimal recruiting and talent acquisition solutions.
  • Configure the RCM module to align with clients talent acquisition policies processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver training to endusers on SAP SuccessFactors RCM functionality and best practices.
  • Support the testing and validation of the RCM system to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors RCM including issue resolution and system enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) module.
  • Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors RCM configuration and customization.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition processes and best practices.
  • Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors RCM with other HR systems and modules.
  • Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification particularly in Recruiting Management (RCM) is preferred.
