AlWatania Information Systems is a leading provider of SAP consulting services, specializing in the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. We are currently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant to join our team. As a SAP SuccessFactors ECP Consultant at AlWatania, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their payroll and compensation requirements, configure the system, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors ECP will contribute to the success of our clients' HR operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module for our clients.
- Gather requirements from clients and design optimal payroll and compensation solutions.
- Configure the ECP module to align with clients' payroll policies, processes, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP SuccessFactors ECP functionality and best practices.
- Support the testing and validation of the ECP system to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors ECP, including issue resolution and system enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) module.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration and customization.
- Strong understanding of payroll and compensation processes and best practices.
- Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors ECP with other HR systems and modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification, particularly in Employee Central Payroll (ECP), is preferred.
