**Role responsibilities**:

- Maintaining the overall sentiment and the brand’s health.
- Tracking results, making analysis or suggesting new ideas and solutions to optimize a current process.
- Report, escalate and follow up with cross departments.
- Following and maintaining Fleet policies and guidelines.
- Any other tasks mandated by the management.

**Role qualifications**:

- Good communication skills.
- Excellent English/Arabic verbal and writing skills.
- Computer literate (MS Office) Specifically the excel
- Demonstrated work experience in a similar role of at least 6 months.
- University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Proactive approach and ability to work in a team environment.

- Rotation shifts and off days are applicable.
