**ABOUT OUR GAS SERVICES BUSINESS**

As a FS Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading a large crew of FS Engineers, Techs, and supervisors. Supervising site activities including assembly, disassembly of mechanical components, I&C advanced commissioning, troubleshooting and fact-finding tasks on gas turbines, steam turbines or generators and associated auxiliary systems. In addition, you will be responsible for managing Client closely and coordinating with back-office PMs. FS Site Lead will be responsible for Safe Outage execution, including managing, scheduling, delays, parts planning, leading customer meeting, providing daily update reports, compressive outage report, and quality.

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable college or university
- 10 years of experience in engineering position, preferably Mechanical engineering, or equivalent Field.
- Solid rotating equipment experience (Turbines, Generators, Pumps, Motors and etc)
- Experienced in Large Gas Turbine preferably in Advance Frames (5000F), (8000H) and V-Frame (2000E)
- Vase majority experienced in None-Siemens OEMS.
- Power Plant familiarization and knowledge is required.
- Mechanical Commissioning background (Hot and Cold).
- Solid Mechanical Auxiliaries knowledge.
- Power Plant Preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Machining, fabrication, welding, and NDT background.
- Familiar with SAP.
- You should expect to work away from your home location an average of 200-250 days per year with about 70% travel. Individual assignments are typically 2 to 10 weeks in duration. When on assignment, working schedules are typically 10-12 hours per day, 7 days per week, day, or night shift.
- Willingness to work abroad.
- Power plant maintenance and working on large Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines and Generators mechanical assembly and disassembly and associated auxiliaries is an advantage.

- Good working knowledge in MS Office suite

**Your Responsibilities**
- For this role you will maintain optimum interaction with FS and Ops Management, Project Manager and Service Engineering department
- in addition customer representatives as well - Ensuring that all project related activities are planned and executed in accordance with Siemens Energy Quality and EHS standard procedures and the relevant project documentation
- Travel to Siemens-Energy customer power plants throughout KSA and abroad to perform maintenance, repair, and modification of large steam and gas turbine generators and related equipment.
- Supervision of mechanical maintenance crews ranging in size from 1 to 30 persons disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling large steam/gas turbine generators.
- Leading job site safety programs and performs complex site surveys to develop maintenance plans.
- Complete and submit detailed reports covering all job activity.
- Review complex task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provide continual mentorship throughout task duration.
- Managing subcontractors to perform specific maintenance related tasks.
- leading safety programs, performing maintenance on large turbine generators or with risks and hazards that require the use of practices and procedures intended to keep personnel safe and maintain a safe work environment. This includes but is not limited to use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and pre-job safety briefs or risk assessments according to Siemens Energy EHS Guidelines
