**Scope**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the Division’s functional strategy in line with the Organizational strategy to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal incorporation with other interfacing functional strategies across
- Interact with different members to ensure successful delivery of each sprint iteration and product release.
- Help improve team processes and handle resource tribulations if any.
- Assist software development team to attain optimal team performance through removing technical obstacles.
- Manage joint development with 3rd party vendors as well as outsourced development.
- Provide leadership, management and technical vision to entire engineering team and product team and data team.
- Participate actively in Scrum software development process as Scrum Master.
- Manage all software engineering schedules, budget and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement software engineering plans appropriately.
- Review all documents related to Product requirement and participate in product brainstorming sessions.
- Stimulate hiring, career plans, training as well as performance reviews for software engineering team.
- Provide technical consultation as well as expertise to Product Managers.
- Direct the Development of the daily work plans and initiatives in line with the functional strategy
- Establish a process for setting targets and goals, and authenticate the Division’s scorecard and KPIs
- Support business goals by ensuring adherence to OPEX and CAPEX allocated in the Division’s yearly budget
- Develop and supervise key businesses, financial risk management operations, and mitigation tactics within the Division
- Lead the identification of opportunities for serving Nana's using IT software and hardware solutions
- Ensure IT architecture and standards are developed and implemented in line with the highest quality standards and monitor the IT’s SLAs
- Provide strategic digital value and ensure that it’s aligned with the strategic objectives
- Ensure IT governance controls are in place to enforce quality standards and to minimize and mitigate risks
- Lead and direct the change management through continuous improvement of the divisional systems, processes and practices taking into account the international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans
- Supervise the development of future and existing core business technology solutions to ensure excellence
- Ensure effective and robust control and make sure that security systems are implemented to safeguard and protect all operations and data integrity, as well as the smooth functionality of the business
- Oversee all IT operations in order to meet and exceed the service levels agreed upon with users and conforms to relevant technical and security standards while remaining within budgeted cost
- Analyze the current technology infrastructure and align it with the its strategic plans
- Oversee the installation, implementation, maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Monitor new developments in the field of IT and advise the management about appropriate cost-effective business IT solutions which could enhance or replace existing systems
- Ensure the implementation of the best fit digital solutions that increases value internally and externally
- Design, build, manage, and update the Information Security Management System including governance, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures, controls, and monitoring aspects while measuring the effectiveness of implemented controls to better prepare for future risks
- Review and approve all recommended changes to the Information Security Management System to better address emerging Information Security related risks and the dynamic nature of Business requirements and Technology/Infrastructure changes
- Manage and supervise the risk assessment program that targets information security and user privacy, review and approve methods for vulnerability detection and remediation, and oversee vulnerability testing to establish a firm security baseline
- Review requirements and detailed design documents for critical projects to ensure that the information security requirements are met
- Manage the team who conduct vulnerability assessments, risk reviews, and penetration tests for all internet facing web sites of the organization and other critical information assets to ensure
