Digital Marketing Head

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive website traffic, customer engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong strategic thinking abilities to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions about which digital channels and tactics to leverage
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness
- Lead digital marketing team and delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
- Analyze data and performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and developments in digital marketing and incorporate them into overall strategy
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and agencies
- Ensure digital marketing efforts comply with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels
- Manage and optimize website content and user experience to improve traffic and engagement
- Analyze data and report on effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure brand consistency and messaging
- Work with creative team to develop assets and content for digital campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience or equivalent in digital marketing
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google, & Social Media Channels (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Snapchat, Tiktok)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on campaign performance
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and other digital marketing channels
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong project management skills

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
