Digital Marketing and Sales Representative

As a Digital Marketing and Sales Representative at Obeikan Digital Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our digital solutions business. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads through various marketing channels. Follow up on leads, qualify prospects, and nurture them throughout the sales process.
- Sales Strategy: Develop a sales strategy and implement tactics to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers. Showcase the value and benefits of our digital solutions and address customer needs and concerns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and challenges in the digital solutions market.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue. Provide insights and recommendations for sales performance improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
