**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to achieve business targets in the industrial gas market.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by researching and understanding market trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement sales and marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth implementation of sales activities and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the industrial gas industry.
- Strong understanding of the industrial gas market and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and draw insights to drive performance.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety protocols related to the handling and storage of industrial gases.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
