Sales Manager/ Key Accounts Manager

Forecasting sales target to assure resources are effectively organized and retained in order to accomplish targets
- Research and analyze market opportunities and get enquiries from the optimistic customer.
- Managing and planning of sales activities to meet sales targets and objectives
- Ensure debt collection as per DSO target.
- Maintain and update CRM data and report to CM and related department.
- Review DMS web portal and source various project details in country of operations.
- Review sales forecasting for the sales staff, supervising the achievement on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Monitor sales in line with sales target and administrating and implementing of those plans
- Managing customer opportunities to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is met at all times by providing prompt, thorough and professional assistance.
- Establish key relationships with corporate clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue.
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey and analyze the data and present to management.
- Attend monthly management meeting.
General Administrative Duties
- Participating in determining training needs of subordinates and evaluating the outcomes of training courses in coordination with the concerned training department
- Coordinating with CM for subordinates’ vacations, leavesetc
- Conducting performance appraisals for subordinates according to scheduled plans and recommending necessary actions and submit to CM.
**Implementing Sales Procedures and Templates**
- Implement and maintain sales procedures and templates and to ensure internal work development and productivity increase.
- Participating in the development of the department's work plan; distributing and following-up on work activities, programs, monitoring work flow and reviewing work methods and procedures.
- Suggesting plans and programs that strive to boost the effectiveness of the department.
