This visionary initiative is set to revolutionize the tourism and culture sector, and we are seeking an experienced Solutions Delivery Manager to contribute to its realization.

**Position Overview**:
As a Solutions Delivery Manager specializing in Data, Analytics & Integration, you will play a pivotal role in leading the delivery of complex data management platform projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a project that will leave a lasting impact on the tourism and culture landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Leadership**: Lead the end-to-end delivery of data management platform projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget
- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate closely with project stakeholders together requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment between technical delivery and business goals.
- **Team Leadership**: Manage a team of technical experts, including data engineers and analysts, to execute project tasks effectively
- **Solution Implementation**: Oversee the implementation of data management platforms, including ETL processes, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and AWS-based solutions
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and execute quality assurance processes and testing strategies to validate the reliability and performance of data solutions.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks related to data management projects and proactively work to mitigate challenges
- **Solution Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, configurations, and workflows
- **Reporting**: Provide regular project status updates and reports to project leadership and stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Delivery Manager with a focus on data management platforms, including expertise in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)processes, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and AWS.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with large-scale data management projects and a background in the tourism and culture sector are advantageous.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a dedication to delivering high-quality solutions.
