Human Resources Specialist
**Responsibilities**:
- **Employee Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment.
- **Performance Management**: Develop and implement performance management programs to optimize employee productivity and engagement. Provide guidance and support to managers for performance appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- **HR Administration**: Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HRIS system. Prepare and process necessary HR documentation, such as contracts, letters, and internal communications.
- **Training and Development**: Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including handling employee grievances, conducting investigations, and guiding managers in disciplinary actions.
- **HR Projects**: Assist in special projects and initiatives related to HR process improvements, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and other HR software.
- High level of attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
