We have an excellent opportunity for a Western qualified and experienced **Director of Nursing** to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The **King Fahd Military Medical Complex** is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, their dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.

**Benefits Include**:
1. Transportation facility will be provided from residence to workplace and vice versa.
2. Paid leaves (annual/medical/holiday etc.) as per the Employment Contract.
3. Free fully furnished Housing Accommodation.
4. Visa will be provided and yearly renewal of residence permit (iqama) at the cost of the Employer
5. Weekly off will be provided (2 days)
6. To and from air ticket from point of origin will be provided for joining work and going back after completion of contract.
7. Medical will be provided to the worker as per Employment Contract.
8. Contract duration will be one (1) year and can be renewed every year.
9. Working hours per week will be forty (48) hours.
10. Other terms and condition as per Saudi Labor Laws.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Female applicants only
- Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
Master’s Degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration or equivalent Program.
- Valid license in the country of origin as a Nurse
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Nursing Management and leadership.
- Previous three (3) years’ experience as Director of Nursing or Nursing Management at a level directly reporting to a Director of Nursing.
- Previous experience in Middle Eastern Healthcare Delivery.
- Knowledge of Continuous Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.
- Experience with Medical Services Standards for Tertiary Hospital.
- Aged from 30 to 50 years old
