Job Description: Coffee Machine Technician

**Position**: Coffee Machine Technician
**Department**: Technical/Customer Support
**Reports To**: Service Manager
**Location**: Jeddah

**Job Summary**:
The Coffee Machine Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing coffee machines and related equipment. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Setup**:

- Install and configure coffee machines, grinders, and accessories at customer sites.
- Conduct initial testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- **Maintenance and Servicing**:

- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of coffee machines to prevent breakdowns.
- Replace worn-out parts, such as seals, filters, and pumps, as needed.
- **Troubleshooting and Repairs**:

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with coffee machines and related equipment.
- Ensure repairs are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.
- **Customer Support**:

- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the proper use and care of coffee machines.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- **Inventory and Spare Parts Management**:

- Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables required for servicing.
- Order replacement parts and equipment as necessary.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Provide service reports to the Service Manager and suggest improvements.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all equipment is serviced to meet manufacturer standards and warranty requirements.
- Conduct performance tests after servicing or repairs to confirm functionality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or technical certification in electronics, mechanics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a technician, preferably with coffee machines or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of coffee machine components and operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations.
