**Role**:
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth for the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, providing coaching, training, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Set sales targets and KPIs for individual team members, monitoring performance and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets, researching industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders, representing the organization at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize profitability and long-term value.
- Analyze sales data and market trends, identifying opportunities for growth and areas for improvement, and presenting findings to senior management.
- Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and accountability in sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, sales techniques, and emerging technologies through training, professional development, and participation in industry forums.
