Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key vendor relationships and create business partnerships that will add value to the overall process
- Analyze spend data from various sources and recommend the best business decisions while following sourcing best practices
- Negotiate to maximize cost savings, improve service levels, and mitigate contractual risks
- Demonstrate sourcing leadership; manage long term strategy and work with operations on daily requirements
- Negotiate contracts with a strong understanding of contracting language
- Partner with appropriate internal stakeholders to reach smart and innovative business decisions
- Drive continual improvement to cost productivity, the total cost of ownership, and total value proposition
**Requirements**:
- This position is open to Saudi Nationals only
- Minimum of 3 years of sourcing and procurement experience
- Educated to degree level, equivalent and/or professionally qualified (or working towards qualification)
- Numerate with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular advanced use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong working knowledge of technologies and their operation for their area of specialism - e.g. SAP vendor master data processes, electronic invoicing and e-sourcing tools
- Good communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with external suppliers or internal stakeholders. Comfortable operating at a senior level
- Proactive approach to solving problems and able to minimize errors
- Experience of working in an organization with a shared services provider
- Ability to work under pressure with a focus on managing time appropriately often in a changing environment
- Ability to foster strong working relationships with team members
**Salary**: From ﷼4,000.00 per month
