- ‘The Sales Engineer will be involved in the support of existing and future customers of Sepura in the Middle east. You will have a strong back ground in TETRA and Land Mobile Networks with a technical mindset. _

**Your Role**

As a self-motivated team player you will be key in the success of Sepura in the Middle East Region. You will use your knowledge of TETRA and Land Mobile Networks for the following tasks
- Responsible for providing pre and post sales technical support to end users and channel partners in the Middle East.
- Provide technical support to business development managers for quotations, tenders, customer and partner presentations.
- Be the first point of contact for technical liaison between customers, partners and Sepura
- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to technical and non technical users,
- Provide training and consultancy to our regional partners and end users on Sepura equipment and software to enable them to promote our portfolio to new customers and to allow them to support our existing customer base.
- Understand customer requirements and influence customer specifications towards the Sepura Product line
- Interact with and support client project/evaluation teams
- Highlight potential sales opportunities from customer interactions to Sepura Regional Business Development Managers.
- Using knowledge gained through your experience and working with the Sepura team in the UK clearly articulate the roadmap to evaluate demand for Broadband products and sales opportunities.

**Your Day to Day**

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business. The activities you will be responsible for include:

- Promotion of Sepura to partner and end user technical teams
- Giving presentations to partners and end users on technical implementations and solutions.
- Provide second level customer support in region to partners with technical queries
- With the sales team work on creating accurate customer requirements and feed these back into the bid, product strategy and customer support teams
- Identify new sales opportunities from end users based on technical understanding of their operations and the use of Sepura radios.
- This role will have significant travel to partners and end users in the Middle East to conduct partner reviews, sales strategies and solving technical issues. You must be prepared to travel around the Middle East region to visit and support customers (sometimes at short notice)

**Qualifications**:

- A Telecommunications or Electronics degree

Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 2 years working with TETRA terminals or Systems or 5 years working with wireless technologies such as DMR, P25 etc.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English
- Good written English Skills to be able to communicate clearly with a UK Headquartered Company
- Ability to work independently, remotely and to be self motivated to ensure continued self development and interaction with customers.

Experience and Skills
- Have previously worked with Sepura TETRA radios and Software.
- Experience of using Microsoft AX and Power BI
- Undertake vendor registration process for major energy companies
- Knowledge of the ATEX directive for hazardous areas
- Confident outgoing personality with good communication and presentation skills
- Working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft office
