Position Overview:
To support a Sovereign Wealth Fund client based in Riyadh. The client is currently implementing CRIMS for their front office. This is a senior role, created to lead the support team once the client is live CRIMS. The Senior Consultant will based in our Riyadh office and spend most of his/her time on site with the client, with one direct report, ensuring the client get best of CRIMS. Senior Consultant brings technical expertise and direction to the client, ensuring proper utilization of Charles River’s IMS suite.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the individual(s) assigned to support this client
- Manage client’s expectations proactively, ensuring an excellent support structure
- Be State Street and CRD’s onsite ambassador, build strong relationships with the key stakeholders
- Offer his/her expertise in support of client, work on a number of projects as directed by the client
- Develop with a result-driven approach
- Able to be self-motivated and self-driven
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team environment
- Manage daily batch exceptions, identify root cause and fix
- Investigate and resolve BAU issues
- Complete system configuration change requests
- Monitor daily data validation exceptions and work with in-house teams to resolve
- Resolve Bloomberg data enrichment issues
- Set up/amend compliance rules
- Ensure new instruments are correctly set up
- Monitor logs and investigate issues
- Add new users and user groups
- Escalate issues with CRD Support

**Requirements**:

- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- 10+ years of related experience
- Experience in methodology-based solution delivery and managing customers’ expectations.
- Problem solving skills and ability to recognize long term solutions across multiple projects.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
- Self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written); good interpersonal skills; ability to gather and understand requirements in the financial sector; solid client interaction skills.
- Desired technical experience includes:

- XML and XSLT
- Understanding of ERDs
- Tomcat configuration and optimization
- SOAP/XML and messaging software like MQ Series, MSMQ, Sonic MQ and Open JMS
- In-depth knowledge of one of the following RDBMS: Oracle or MS SQL Server
- Java and C# programming
- Windows and Unix (Linux)
- knowledge of ETL tools such as Kettle
- Familiar with at least one SCM (Perforce would be a plus)
- Perl
- Crystal Reports or Sql Server Reporting Services

Strong preference
- Financial services industry experience
- Previous consulting background
- System integration using ETL tools
- Perforce
