Client Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The Client Coordinator for Clinic (Female) plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth operations within the clinic. This position primarily focuses on coordinating and managing client interactions, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks. The Client Coordinator serves as a liaison between clients, healthcare providers, and other clinic staff to facilitate a positive and efficient experience for all patients.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Client Interaction: Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and appointment requests promptly and courteously.
2. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment scheduling system, ensuring accurate recording of appointments, coordinating availability with healthcare providers, and sending appointment reminders to clients.
3. Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, updating patient information, managing and organizing documents, and processing necessary paperwork.
4. Coordination with Healthcare Providers: Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to coordinate appointments, relay important client information, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
5. Client Education: Provide basic information to clients regarding clinic services, procedures, and general inquiries, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the processes and expectations.
6. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit to the clinic.
7. Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with other clinic staff members, including physicians, nurses, and administrative personnel, to maintain a cohesive and efficient clinic environment.
8. Confidentiality: Adhere to strict patient confidentiality guidelines and maintain the privacy and security of client information at all times.
9. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Follow established clinic policies, protocols, and procedures to maintain consistent standards of service delivery and professionalism.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require additional education or certification).
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinic operations is a plus.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing client records and documentation.
**Salary**: ﷼8,500.00 per month
