Our client is an International Clinic based in Riyadh and is looking for Receptionists/Client Coordinators to join their team. The Client Coordinator will serve as the initial point of contact. Job Requirements:
Proficient in English and Arabic, both in written and verbal communication.
Possess exceptional customer service skills.
Demonstrate organizational and time management aptitude.
Exhibit initiative, independent judgment, decision-making skills, and problem-solving proficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
Ability to establish rapport with clients through phone and in-person interactions.
Competence in comprehending and deriving insights from written materials.
Capable of generating clear and concise reports.

**Strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities**:
Manage front-desk operations, schedule patient appointments, redirect phone calls, and establish new patient records.
Maintain the reception area to uphold a welcoming environment.
Familiarize clients with new services, promotions, offers, and packages.
Provide new clients with an orientation to the clinic's services and departments.
Conduct guided tours for new clients, showcasing treatment rooms, equipment functionality, and benefits.
Explain the pricing structure for initial services.
Confirm bookings, follow up on no-shows and cancellations.
Proactively promote and upsell new services and product additions.
Present promotions, offers, and package options to clients.
Actively engage in sales of packages, memberships, gift vouchers, and retail products.
