- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Set sales goals and targets for the team and monitor performance against these goals.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to sales team members to help them achieve their targets.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as HR with hiring and marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Forecast sales projections and manage budgets to ensure profitability.
- Continuously improve sales processes and strategies to drive growth and success in the market.
