**Sales Manager (MENA) - Modular Construction Solutions / Process Equipment**

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team in the MENA region. Our client, a key player in these specialist market segments providing modular construction solutions that include the provision of core equipment, process systems and engineering solutions, and is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the sales of innovative modular building solutions for their clients in the MENA region.

As the Sales Manager for the Middle East and North African markets, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling cutting-edge modular building concepts, process equipment, and engineering services. Reporting to the Managing Director and the Vice President, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, developing strategic plans, and engaging with key decision-makers in the industry. Drawing on our clients successful track record globally & in the MENA Region you will work with existing Key Accounts as well as drive engagement with new prospect companies in related industries.

Our Clients’ 3 main business lines include; design & construction of Modular Buildings for Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods (and others) manufacturing facilities / Process Equipment, Process Skids and Process Modules / Engineering Services (for Modular Construction / Process Equipment) including Feasibility Studies, Conceptual and Basic Designs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Take the lead in sales activities for modular building solutions and associated process equipment products & services in the MENA region.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities and projects within the Territory.
- Develop and implement a strategic activity plan for sales initiatives.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations to clients, focusing on modular construction / Engineering solutions.
- Guide the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and finalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop feasibility studies, conceptual designs, and project proposals.
- Be the driving force for the whole sales process, from first contact to the contract for detailed design and fabrication.
- Together with the “Front-End Engineering & Design-group” develop Feasibility Studies, Conceptual and Basic Designs / project proposals.
- Lead the internal and external work, from a commercial perspective, in relation to the development of FS, CD and BD proposals.
- Develop internal presentations for commercial project reviews.
- Lead the commercial aspects of proposal development.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and actively participate in industry events.
- Populate and update relevant client and project information in the company's information system.
- Engage in various sales-related activities to stimulate business growth.
- Maintain continuous contact with the clients after an implementation contract has been signed.

Internal and External Relations:

- Internal Contacts: Collaborate with global sales staff, internal teams, and relevant stakeholders.
- External Contacts: Build and maintain relationships with customers, agents, and industry partners.

Qualifications, Background & Experience:

- Preferably hold a university-level education in relevant Science or Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in direct B2B sales, ideally of Capital Equipment, Projects and/or Engineering Services
- Ideally you will have had some prior experience of dealing with clients from the Life Sciences / Cosmetics / Food Processing industries
- International / European experience working with international/global customers will be an advantage
- You will possess excellent communication skills, able to present to C-Suite contacts
- Self-motivated, able to work independently you will possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented and fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is a positive.
- Proficient in general computer skills.
