On behalf of one of our clients, we looking for a Senior Marketing Executive

**Job Summary**

Job holder will be responsible of driving the growth of the business across the region, work closely with Food Delivery Aggregators to drive long and short-term growth strategy in alignment with our operating model, and plays a key role in market expansion initiatives and develops new market plans through a transformative lens.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Responsible for driving the growth of the business across the region
- Working closely with Food Delivery Aggregators to drive long and short-term growth strategy in alignment with our operating model
- Drive operational success by building strategic close partnerships with internal and external key stakeholders
- Build and lead our local growth team that delivers a high-performance standard
- Plays a key role in market expansion initiatives and develops new market plans through a transformative lens
- Lead the business development, customer success, and brand on boarding.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing (or equivalent)

**Experience & Skills**
- 3+ years of experience in a growth/market expansion role with a proven record of successfully driving growth operations.
- Complete Channel Management of Aggregators.
- Hands-on experience in managing teams across different markets/locations.
- Driving Growth, Managing Monthly Sales Targets, and Planning and Execution of Promotional Campaigns.
- Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
- Analyze brand ratings and prepare strategies to improve them.
- Entrepreneur’s mindset.
- Excellent strategic vision; understands the direction of the business and industry; can articulate a vision to motivate and influence others.
- Innovative thinker able to drive future engagement with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
- Proven ability to lead through change to support a culture of accepting missteps in order to achieve success.
- Ability to develop a diverse team and source and attract internal and external talent by building and maintaining a personal network of contacts.
