The Role
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, specifically in Payroll and SuccessFactors modules. - Proven track record of successful SAP implementation and optimization projects in a corporate environment. - Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and local labor laws within Saudi Arabia. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders. - Experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation. - SAP certification in HCM and/or SuccessFactors is highly desirable, Employee Central - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
