JASARA Program Management Company is seeking a Sr. Saudization Professional to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a member of JASARA PMC, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and exciting civil engineering programs that aim to elevate the delivery of Social Infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. The Sr. Saudization Professional will be responsible for driving the Saudization initiative to maximize local employment on JASARA projects. This position requires an individual with strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for promoting local employment and development opportunities. Working for JASARA will provide an opportunity to make a difference and contribute to building a brighter future for Saudi Arabia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement Saudization plans for all JASARA projects.
- Represent JASARA in discussions with government entities, educational institutions, and other stakeholders regarding Saudization initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to JASARA teams to ensure compliance with Saudization regulations.
- Monitor and track Saudization progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Oversee the training and development of Saudi nationals to support their progression in JASARA projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for skill development and advancement for Saudi nationals.
- Regularly meet with the Saudis on the team to get feedback and provide updates
- Engage with each Saudi on the team to ensure their needs are being met, they are being supported, etc. with a focus on retention.
- Review Saudi-zation numbers by Precinct to identify areas of concern with management and then work with them to develop strategies.
- Work with the Resourcing team to:

- provide feedback on improvements/needs to grow and develop the Saudis on the teams
- learn about tools and resources available to the Saudis in the team and then share with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Saudization or localization initiatives in the engineering or related industries.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudization regulations, policies, and initiatives.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages (verbal and written).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
