We are seeking a seasoned
**Sr. Product Manager - Order Management Solutions** who brings in a great track record of building consumer centric products whilst championing the entirety of the product lifecycle from market research to development to post go live operations. This is a pivotal role that will own our order management solutions and drive iterative innovation across our digital logistics ecosystem.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the ultimate owner of the product, overseeing the entire product life cycle from conception to go live and beyond.
- Define and nurture the product's vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmaps, aligning them with the company's long-term goals and consumer centric requirements.
- Establish, track, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the product's success, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Identify and articulate the unique value proposition of the product, translating it into comprehensive product requirements that breathe life into the product vision.
- Craft an exceptional customer experience by designing user-centric features, orchestrating effective product launches, and driving user adoption.
- Take the helm in steering day-to-day product development, managing the product development cycle from inception to release.
- Continuously gather user feedback and customer insights to drive product enhancements and improvements.
- Facilitate close collaboration by setting clear goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes for cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned with the product vision.
- Synergize with engineering, UX, insights, and business stakeholders, fostering a harmonious and high-performing unit that achieves consolidated product and business objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Develop and maintain a set of outcome-based Key Results (OKRs) that gauge customer satisfaction and business impact, utilizing them as a compass in decision-making processes.
- Competing priorities by adeptly balancing the needs of existing and new customers, while also considering feature development, backlog prioritization, architectural enhancements, and operational excellence.
- Motivate and empower a group of talented individuals to deliver their best work, encouraging a culture of excellence and growth.
- Build relationships with business owners and critical stakeholders to understand the strategic product goals.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by conducting knowledge sharing sessions, focus groups and mentoring team members to enhance collective expertise and skill development.
- Strong technical aptitude with a background in digital logistics, e-commerce marketplace, enterprise order management solutions or related fields.
- Experience in delivering iterative products within an agile delivery ecosystem.
- Possessing an in-depth understanding of supply chain, wider logistics and order life cycles.
- Ability to articulate complex technical problems to non-technical stakeholders and foster seamless collaboration across the board.
- A deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering a product that exceeds customer expectations.
- Ability to manage various aspects of change eff ectively, both internally and externally, when modifi cations to the product are made.
- Familiarity with regional and KSA specific regulatory requirements relevant to order management systems, ensuring the product adheres to industry standards and regulations.
- Experience in inventory allocation and order management systems.
- Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confl uence.
- Previous experience in managing people whilst demonstrating the ability to inspire and lead diverse squads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges and roadblocks during product development.
- A commitment to staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
