National Marketing and Sales Manager Saudi

**Job Overview**:
The National Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the national sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth, increase brand visibility, and meet revenue targets. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage a national sales team, work closely with cross-functional departments, and ensure the alignment of marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive national sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set annual sales targets and KPIs and provide regular performance reporting.
**Marketing Leadership**:
- Oversee the planning and execution of national marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, promotional materials, and digital campaigns that support the sales effort.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
**Team Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing national sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Foster a collaborative environment between sales, marketing, and other departments.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear objectives, and ensure ongoing training and development.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners at a national level.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and implementing improvements.
**Market Analysis and Reporting**:
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Provide detailed reports on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and market trends to senior leadership.
**Budget and Resource Management**:
- Manage and allocate the sales and marketing budget effectively.
- Ensure all activities are cost-effective and aligned with overall business goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Local Market Experience** in Saudi Arabia.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, with **at least 3 years in Food/Bakery industry**.
- Proven track record of developing and executing national sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Experience in sales in B2B business**.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
