On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Talent Management Consultant to join their company.

**Job Summary**

To coordinate and assist in the management of successful talent and performance management processes in order to ensure that McDonald’s - RICC has the capacity, capabilities and performance levels to achieve its strategic objectives

**Responsibilities**

**Talent Management**
- Ensure the implementation of career development program for McDonald’s - RICC’s Departments
- Implement processes and procedures for all phases of talent management such as succession plans, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes, etc.
- Develop communication materials to raise awareness about McDonald’s - RICC’s talent management practices and to ensure that they are utilized appropriately
- Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of the Organization Development, Performance and Reward Section
- Plan, manage and review individual performance and provide regular feedback, developing opportunities and coaching, taking prompt action where necessary
- Ensure Organization Development, Performance and Reward Section complies with McDonald’s - RICC policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain McDonald’s - RICC high standard of work and work ethic

**Performance & Reward Management**
- Monitor the performance management system and take corrective actions on employee development based on performance rating
- Ensure all McDonald’s - RICC departments are following the standard performance management system in place to avoid any deviation in the evaluation process
- Ensure training of performance goals
- settings, monitoring performance and formal and informal reviews to ensure the consistency of McDonald’s - RICC’s performance system
- Process annual bonus and merit increases according to the compensation and benefits framework

**Policies and Procedures**
- Act as a reference point to draft company policies and procedures in coordination with the concerned department
- Communicate the drafted policies and procedures with the HR & Compliance Director to obtain feedback and comments

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual: Fluent in English & Arabic
- 3 to 5 years experience in similar roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources is preferable
- Knowledge of Talent management methodologies
- Knowledge in Talent Acquisition is a plus.
