We are looking for a Talent Management Lead to join our People team and oversee our talent development cycle. The Talent Management lead responsibilities include supporting in designing and building strategic talent and development programs, and implementing the Learning and Development Programs, and act as the first point of contact for people's developmental purposes.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Develop and implement succession planning strategies to identify and develop high-potential employees for key pivotal positions.
- Design and deploy leadership development programs, including assessments, training, and coaching.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to create individual development plans for high-potential employees.
- Implement processes and programs for Talent Management and Development within Mozn.
- Develop project plans, manage implementation activities, create documentation, and communicate for program rollout and continuing management.
- Provide dedicated support for talent transformation activities across Talent Management Practices including: Competency Framework, Learning and Development, Career Management, Assessment Centers, and Leadership Development.
- Enhance the overall experience of career development for employees and managers.
- Identify training and development needs across the organization and design comprehensive learning programs to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Configure, administer, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, including research and resolution of LMS issues.
- Select appropriate instructional methodologies such as individual coaching, group instruction, self-study, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play, and computer-based training.
- Conduct a targeted leadership development program by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining data.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications, experience, and skills**:
- +5 of experience in a Talent Management role, Training and Development role, or similar role.
- Experience in Consulting, technology, and start-ups is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field, certificates are a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in leading and developing a team.
- portfolio of conducting multiple training events in the corporate environment.
- Extensive know-how of learning principles and instructional design theory.
- Expertise to master the full training cycle.
- Proficiency in learning management software (LMS).
- Understanding of both conventional and modern training tools, methods, and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of talent management and effective planning.
- Must be Humble, Excellent, Relevant with a high sense of Ownership.
