Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential customers in the solar panel industry. Analyze competitor offerings and pricing strategies to develop competitive advantage.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the solar panel market. Identify key target segments and devise tailored approaches to penetrate these markets effectively.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their objectives. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition from lead to customer.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and negotiate partnerships with other businesses, government agencies, and organizations to drive sales and expand market reach. Collaborate with strategic partners to develop joint marketing initiatives and co-branded offerings.
- Sales Planning and Execution: Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets aligned with company objectives. Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Product Development Support: Provide feedback from the market to the product development team to help enhance existing products or develop new offerings. Stay informed about industry advancements and technological innovations to ensure our products remain competitive.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management outlining sales performance, market insights, and future opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or marketing roles, preferably within the renewable energy or solar industry.

Strong understanding of solar panel technology, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative business strategies.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
