The HR Officer is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to the organization, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Selection**:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Extend offer letters and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Address employee inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving employee disputes and conflicts.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- **Benefits Administration**:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
- Process enrollments, changes, and terminations for benefits.
- **Payroll**:
- Assist in processing payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Maintain employee records and track attendance.
- **Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
- Track employee training records and certifications.
- **Compliance**:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- **Performance Management**:
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
- Provide support to managers in conducting effective performance appraisals.
- **Other Duties as Assigned**:
- Perform other HR duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Director.
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Riyadh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
