**Job Summary**:
Implement recruitment and ensure business manpower requirements are met.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Assist the HR Section Manager in preparing the department manpower plan and budgets.
- Assist the HR Section Manager in the preparation of Company manpower plan.
- Design and implement recruitment plans to support special recruitment activities.
- Source & Shortlist as per Employment Requisition.
- Conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate with local recruitment centers.
- Prepare business correspondence for all recruitment related activities.
- Analyze, evaluate & recommend recruiting activities.
- Review & initial employment offers & contracts.
- Review recruitment reports.
- Draft and approve recruitment advertisements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Riyadh (required)
