**Position Overview**:
As the Director of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience at Anonymous 5-Star Hotel. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of human resource management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, development, and retention. You will work closely with the executive team to align HR strategies with the overall business objectives and uphold the hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic HR Planning**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's business goals.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure HR initiatives contribute to overall success.
- **Talent Acquisition**:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and execute effective hiring strategies.
- **Employee Relations**:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations practices.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts promptly and fairly.
- **Training and Development**:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the workforce.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
- **Performance Management**:
- Implement performance appraisal systems and ensure fair and transparent evaluation processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.
- **Compensation and Benefits**:
- Manage the hotel's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
- Regularly review and update policies to align with industry standards.
- **Compliance**:
- Stay abreast of local labor laws and regulations, ensuring the hotel's HR practices remain compliant.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- **Employee Engagement**:
- Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an HR leader in the hospitality industry, preferably within luxury hotels.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Must be National
