The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. This role involves strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead the annual HR planning process and contribute to the development of organizational strategies and plans.
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
- Implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR legal requirements and best practices.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including employee records, payroll, and HR systems.
- Prepare and manage the HR budget.
- Organizational Development:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic HR planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
