Human Resource Manager

The jobs in this level are responsible for leading a group of people in studying the organization development, job evaluation and job descriptions preparation, directing manpower planning, studying, directing preparation and revision of employees benefits and compensations studies, preparing, revising, updating HR Policies and Procedures and Employment Contracts, HR Administration, supporting training services, in order to meet the Athir short, medium and long term objectives.
Responsibilities:
Ø Participate in design appropriate talent management systems to identify talented Athir staff and develop them for appropriate roles in the organization through a process of succession planning and development.
Ø Prepare Executive Approval Requests, employment contracts/ contract addendums for all employees’ categories.
Ø Deal with Government Platforms (Social Insurance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, MUDAD, MUQEEM, QIWA, QOSI, TAQAT and TAMM)
Ø Issue HR Announcements on all Athir new and revised policies and procedures.
Ø Make analyses and review the overall and detailed divisional/departmental organization structures to ensure and recommend the optimal organisations and work processes in line with the company strategies.
Ø Prepare and update job descriptions to ensure that the Athir functions are properly assigned and maintain a comprehensive database for all positions.
Ø Implement the appropriate job evaluation system to establish internal equity by determining the relative worth of jobs and assigning the suitable job grade for each job in the airline.
Ø Provide HR administration services to all employees including standard HR transactions and processes e.g., payroll transactions, salary certificate requests, employee grievances, employees I.D cards, employees medical insurance cards and all other standard HR administration transactions.
Ø Implement time management processes to collect and maintain all attendance records for the different airline employee’s categories.
Ø Ensure coverage of important events as well as managing Internal Communications to publish announcements, newsletters, company strategic objectives, vision and mission, in addition to communicating any important topics and directions of senior management, for the purpose of enhancing awareness, loyalty and motivation of all Athir employees.
