**ROLE OBJECTIVE**
The incumbent is responsible for all HR operations activities for KSA with regards to compensation and benefits, policies and regulations, HR systems, payroll and performance management. Addressing a variety of issues and providing general support; maintaining records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations; and assisting in ensuring that personnel functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements. Will play a HRBP advice role to the Country Manager.

**Recruitment & Staffing**
- Own end to end the entire process fro recruitment and selection of talents. Will leverage Takeda HR resources to deliver this responsibility.
- Posting all vacancies on Workday as main platform for our Talent acquisition process.
- Select qualified job applicants or refer them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
- Schedule or conduct new employee onboarding to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Participating in different employment fairs
**Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
- Prepare and coordinate all logistics for the on-boarding of new employees to ensure smooth entry
- Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination
- Preparation of end of service compensation
- Update all HR records to reflects joiners and leavers
**Compensation & Benefits (G&L)**
- Prepare offers for new joiners, transfers, promotions, internal moves
- Timely management and processing of monthly payroll
- Processing the STIP & SIP.
- Monthly tracking and reporting of Head counts and managing personnel costs budget submission and review with Finance
- Implement and annually updates compensation program
- Conduct annual salary surveys, analysis and review salary/allowance ranges
- Timely management and reviewing of the payroll for the contingent workers
- Responsible of Payroll Process, ensuring updating of salary and allowances upon change or promotion
**Policies & Regulations**
- In coordination with PAG Team, ensure the implementation and alignment with global policies.
- Plans, organizes and controls all activities of the department in conjunction with the Head of HR - UMEA
- Drafting of policies and procedures as well as ensuring proper implementation.
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
- Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures
- Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
**Performance Management**
- Manage the end to end performance management process in partnership with the Head of HR -UMEA and line managers
- Provide support to employees for performance management in setting goals/development needs and quality conversation session via workday.
- Provide full support to managers for talent and performance management process
**HR Operations**
- First point of contact for all HR related matters
- Ensuring that all core processes and day-to-day activities are developed and delivered to execution level
- Consistently manage the HRIS System (Amanat and Workday), by tracking leave, system maintenance and update to ensure accurate data.
- Monitor leave management system and perform necessary changes and updates on regular basis
- Responsible for preparing the required document for immigration requirement (employment visas) through the local company representative
- Facilitating all human resources and talent management, attraction and retention issues to achieve companywide objectives
- Maintain and updated Employee files to ensure complete set of documentations
- Responsible for all HR documentations (Salary certificates, NOC, and other governmental requirements)
- Assist in developing and implementing coordinated strategies, policies, plans and procedures
- Management of exit process and closure of full and final settlement for all exit cases
- Managing transfer out and transfer in cases both in terms of system updates as well as manual documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to local and regional labor laws as well as internal regulations
**_ SKILLS and LEADERSHIP CAPABILITIES_**
**Required Education and Experience**
- Holds a degree or equivalent education certificate in business administration
- Holds or is working towards CIPD qualification or equivalent
- Saudi National is a mandate
- Knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Preferably have an understanding of pharmaceutical industry
- Minimum of 5years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken English
