**About the company**

An award-winning London-based preventative healthcare company providing solutions to the affluent segment is launching in Riyadh as a hub in the MENA region.

**Objective**

We are looking for a data-driven leader with excellent communication skills, a proven track record of achieving tangible business results, and a passion for preventative health.

**Responsibilities**

Provide medical leadership and expertise in IV therapy services, establishing clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices

Assess patients' medical histories, perform physical examinations, and determine appropriate IV therapy treatments based on individual patient needs and goal

Develop customised treatment plans for patients, considering their medical conditions, allergies, and treatment goals, and make adjustments as necessary

Recruit, supervise and guide medical and nursing staff, ensuring proper training, certification, and adherence to established clinical protocols

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with business partners, suppliers, and contractors

Contribute to building the vision and brand message for the practice

Coordinate and plan treatments effectively, ensuring optimal patient care and satisfaction

Represent the clinic at conferences and interviews and promote the clinic on social media
**Requirements**:
Medical degree

Licensed internal medicine practitioner

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a medical doctor

Passion and expertise in preventative health and IV therapy

Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably within a clinical or medical setting, showcasing the ability to manage a team effectively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals, in Arabic and English

Commercially astute with a sales, target, and KPI-driven mindset

A friendly and welcoming manner with a teamwork-oriented and enthusiastic attitude

**Additional consideration**

Background in luxury and wellness medical services

Entrepreneurial or business management experience

Strong network in the field to bring potential partners and professionals who add value

Strong social media presence with solid followership in the target audience
