**SAP REFX Senior Consultant**

**SAP Skills**:
- 6-8 Years of experience in one or more SAP modules.- At least two full life-cycle implementation projects (from Blueprint/Explore through Go-Live).- Experience in writing Functional Specifications independently and should have worked on custom solutions build from Scratch to Deployments.- Sound end to end testing skills with preparation of test scripts & results.- Experience in custom design of customer requirements.- Experience in Design and Architect the SAP REFX module.- Demonstrated configuration and implementation skills of REFX solutions.- Experience in requirements gathering workshops.- Data analysis and migration skills.

**Responsibilities**:
- Provides specialist level functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the REFX modules.- Ability to suggest SAP standard alternatives for new requirements.- Understands configuration dependencies and interrelationships between separate functional modules of SAP and provide financial expertise into the definition and resolution of issues in this area with this knowledge.- Conducts or participates in user requirements gathering, blueprinting & documentation designs. Ensure compliance to existing, and development of required data and reporting standards.- Ensure the integrity of the finance configuration of the SAP system across multiple landscapes.- Assists customers improve business processes and documents changes required to SAP configuration settings to implement redesigned business processes.- Develops to-be design documentation for Master Data and Process designs.- Assists customer perform integration and acceptance testing.- Resolves defects and issues identified by customer in integration testing.- Assists training developers by providing conceptual content, exercise content and demonstration content.- Executes data conversions and provides data validation assistance to customer.- Assists customers anticipate, identify and resolve post go-live issues.- Updates all design, configuration and specification documentation and conducts a documentation walkthrough with customer.- Provides knowledge transfer to customer throughout the project.- Establish clear expectations regarding status reporting, team communication and deliverable management.

**Business Skills**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to communicate with others clearly and concisely.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Understands business processes for focus area or module.
- Ability to do research and perform detailed tasks.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Understands how to solve detailed SAP problems.
- Understands and can explain best business practices, especially those that SAP enables.

**Consulting Skills**:

- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
- Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements.
- Ability to identify upsell opportunities and assist in the management of scope.
