**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in Saudi Arabia.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and mentorship to maximize their potential.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships and nurturing client relationships.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify key areas for business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to capitalize on new sales opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and foster business relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success as a Sales Manager, preferably in the Banking/ Insurance and Immigration industries.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Saudi Arabian markets, including industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and key stakeholders.
- Strategic mind-set and analytical abilities to identify market opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
