As a senior consultant at Gallup, you will be a trusted adviser, project orchestrator, and learning and development facilitator. With your business savvy, performance-oriented mindset, and natural desire to produce organizational growth and excellence, you will help organizations improve their business results. **What you need**:

- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred
- At least five years of consulting experience required
- Experience facilitating training or coaching executives required
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic required
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time and work in our Riyadh office two days per week when not traveling
- Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts
