We are looking for a Recruitment Business Development Executive (Preferably Driving license Holder) that has a real passion for the industry and has driven by building and growing partnerships will be responsible for researching clients and work with hiring companies, building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment and requirements.

Key Accountabilities:
You will work to identify and develop job opportunities with new and existing accounts, by building effective relationships and gaining a better understanding of the company needs and recruitment requirements.

Conduct meetings to secure business.

Involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client after Having researched their business and requirements.

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client companies.

Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.

Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

Visiting clients to build and develop relationships.

Following up inbound leads and client requests.

Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

Communicating new resources developments to prospective clients.

Conduct regular follow-up with manager to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.

Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.

Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
