**BMS Design and Estimation (URGENT)**

Responsible to review BMS tender documents and prepare design and price offers in coordination with Sales representative with particular emphasis on efficient, professional and customer orientated service. This will embrace:

- Design and select BMS product in compliance with project specifications, drawings and related documents
- Prepare Price quotations in coordination with sales personnel
- Outsource third party products as deemed necessary for each project inquiry.
- Prepare engineering submittal and attend meetings with consultant engineers and customers when required by sales executives
- Supervise/Review Pre-Qualifications files prior to release to potential customer
- 3 to 5 years of experience in BMS design and product selection
- Experience in AutoCAD
- HVAC background is plus
- Electrical or Mechanical engineering background
- Working experience from Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Siemens and Schneider Electric will have significant potential qualification.

Other responsibilities could be added to your job role as deemed necessary by the department head in order to improve and maintain high efficiency of the operation.
