Administrative Assistant

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
- Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text and data.
- Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; and speaking for the executive.
- Develop good relationship with different governmental sectors and provide useful information and communicate it.
- Maintains management confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Completes projects following up on results.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Secures information by completing data base backups.
- Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
- Circulate Memos received from Executives among KSA Staff
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
- reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree
- Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration is preferred.
- Good communication skills, attention to details and follow up.
- At least two (2) years’ experience in general office responsibilities and procedures is mandatory.
- Knowledge in Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Power point.
