JobDescription:

Position Overview:We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented individual tojoin our team as an Office Manager/Assistant to the CEO in the PMOProject. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting theCEO in various administrative tasks as well as coordinating andmanaging projects within the Project Management Office(PMO).

KeyResponsibilities:

Support the CEOin daytoday administrative tasks including managing calendarsscheduling appointments and handlingcorrespondence

Assist in preparing andcoordinating meetings both internal and external by arranginglogistics preparing agendas and taking meetingminutes

Collaborate with department and projectmanagers to follow up on work progress deadlines anddeliverables

Maintain and update projectdocumentation including project plans status reports and otherrelevant materials

Coordinate and track projecttimelines milestones and budgets to ensure projects are completedon time and within budget

Communicate withstakeholders and team members to provide project updates andaddress any issues or concerns

Manage officeoperations including ordering supplies overseeing officemaintenance and organizing officeevents

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business administration project management orrelated field

Proven experience in officemanagement project coordination or executive assistantrole

Strong organizational skills and attentionto detail

Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills

Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite and project managementtools
