**Senior Talent Management Specialist**

- Collaborate with leadership to identify talent gaps and create tailored development programs.
- Manage performance management processes, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and career progression planning.
- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and increase employee satisfaction.
- Analyze workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improving talent management practices.
- Work closely with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Oversee succession planning and career development frameworks to support organizational growth and sustainability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience 3 years in talent management, employee development, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Proficiency in HR software systems.
