Qiddiya Investment Company is embarking on a transformative journey to redefine residential living in Saudi Arabia, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Leasing Director (Residential) to lead our leasing operations. In this strategic role, you will oversee all aspects of residential leasing, from developing innovative strategies to managing tenant relationships, ensuring that our residential properties meet the highest standards of occupancy and satisfaction.
As the Leasing Director, you will be responsible for spearheading leasing efforts, optimizing occupancy rates, and enhancing the overall living experience for our residents. Your leadership will be key in establishing strong ties with potential residents and ensuring that Qiddiya’s residential offerings are positioned effectively in the market.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy in residential properties.
- Oversee the residential leasing team, providing mentoring, guidance, and support to optimize their performance.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, pricing, and competition, using insights to enhance leasing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Negotiate lease agreements and terms, ensuring favorable conditions aligned with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to drive promotional campaigns and enhance tenant retention.
- Monitor and report on leasing performance metrics and prepare presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to residential leasing activities.
- Champion resident engagement initiatives to foster community and enhance tenant satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in residential leasing or property management, with a strong track record of success.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of fostering positive relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of residential leasing practices, market trends, and local regulations.
- Highly analytical with the ability to utilize data to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills with a results-driven approach.
- Proficient in leasing management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
