Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to join our organization as the Director - Leasing. This influential role will be responsible for directing all leasing activities for our residential properties, ensuring that we meet our leasing targets while fostering a vibrant community atmosphere.
As the Director of Leasing, you will play a vital role in shaping the leasing strategy and driving occupancy rates across our residential offerings. Your expertise in the real estate market combined with your leadership skills will be instrumental in creating a successful leasing operation that aligns with Qiddiya’s mission and values.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement innovative leasing strategies to achieve occupancy goals and enhance revenue generation.
- Lead and mentor the leasing team, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to excel in their roles.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay ahead of trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents, real estate professionals, and community partners.
- Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company while meeting tenant needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create impactful campaigns that attract and engage potential tenants.
- Monitor and report leasing performance metrics, offering insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to residential leasing and property management.
- Promote a customer-centric culture that values resident satisfaction and community engagement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 12-16 years of relative experience in residential leasing, property management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing and developing teams.
- Retailer relationship management, Tenant Mix Planning.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a proven ability to close leasing deals successfully.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of market trends, local regulations, and best practices in leasing.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to utilize data effectively for decision-making.
- Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
