Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a visionary leader to fill the role of Executive Director Performance Unit, Sales and Leasing (Residential). This pivotal position will oversee strategic planning and execution of sales and leasing initiatives for our residential properties, contributing significantly to the realization of Qiddiya's ambitious goals in creating one of the world's largest entertainment cities in Saudi Arabia.
As the Executive Director, you will lead a high-performing team dedicated to maximizing sales potential and ensuring exceptional tenant experiences. Your expertise will shape the performance unit's objectives, aligning them with Qiddiya's vision, and achieving outstanding business results in residential sales and leasing.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales and leasing strategies that align with Qiddiya's overall vision and objectives for the residential properties.
- Oversee the management of the residential sales and leasing performance unit, ensuring targets are met and optimized.
- Lead the sales team in effective prospecting, client engagement, and transaction management.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Create and implement marketing plans and initiatives to promote residential properties, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including potential tenants, real estate agents, and industry partners to create a robust leasing pipeline.
- Ensure exceptional resident experiences through effective customer service and engagement strategies.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to assess performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to enhance performance and develop their professional growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align sales and leasing strategies across the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- A minimum of 18 years of experience in sales and leasing, with a focus on residential real estate
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in previous roles
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Saudi Arabia, with a strong network of industry contacts
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies to various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
- Experience with sales and leasing software and CRM tools is preferred
