**Job Overview**:
The Head of Procurement will develop a strategic approach to Corporate Sourcing & Procurement & lead the procurement team responsible for managing Indirect Procurement activities related to Projects - store capex, facilities, supply chain Management, and marketing spends for the Landmark Group KSA. This position will require collaboration with the central procurement team to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes are in place. The Head of Procurement will develop and implement procurement strategies that deliver value for money, cost savings, and drive operational efficiency.

The role of Sourcing & Procurement Head is to Manage a diverse team for sourcing & procurement. Develop, drive and update procurement policies and procedures; develop a centralized procurement strategy and program that will add quantifiable value and efficiency to the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Serve as the ambassador for Procurement and represent Procurement to the Regional leadership team.

Leading new ways of working for the Saudi Arabia procurement team.

Indirect Procurement Category Operations procurement lead for the Regional spend (~ SAR 760 Mn).

Procurement process & Strategy Alignment with Landmark Arabia KSA Business.

Maintain visibility and performance with all concept’s stakeholders.

Interface and partner with Regional Supply Chain Heads, and Concept Heads to assess top Procurement priorities and enable alignment with respective stakeholders.

Develop and implement procurement strategies for store capex, facilities, supply chain, and marketing spends.

Ensure procurement processes are aligned with business goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure they meet the company's quality, delivery, and cost requirements.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost savings and value for money.

Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Develop and lead a high-performance procurement team.

Provide regular reporting and analysis on procurement activities to senior management.

Support the implementation of new procurement systems and processes.

Coach, mentor, and support Procurement team development to maximize team and individual performance.

Ensure Personal Development Plans & career aspirations are regularly reviewed for the team.

People Development & Talent Management to deliver excellent business partnership.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration. MBA preferred from premium institute.

At least 15 years of experience in procurement, sourcing & supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of procurement processes and systems.

Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities managed in previous organization**: Sourcing & Procurement function and processes for a large and diverse retail portfolio, Alliance Management, Contract negotiation & finalization, Supplier Relationship Management.

People / Team Management.

Fluency in English. Arabic conversational skills.

**Type of companies/sectors worked for**: Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering.

**Computer/Technical Skills (if any)**: MS Office, BI tools. ERP : Oracle, SAP.
